How does it work?

RockStar Guitar pairs you up with a certified guitar pro! Create your account and book a lesson at one of our studios near you. You'll have an expert guide you through our proven curriculum and you'll be amazed at the results! We offer a simple Pay-As-You-Go lesson plan, so you have the flexibility you need.

I pre-purchased a special deal, why do I need to sign up with a credit card?

If you pre-purchased a package of lessons with a special offer, don't worry, you won't be charged a penny for any lessons covered by your initial purchase. Once your sign up is complete, we will automatically credit those lessons to your account! It is our policy that all new students have a payment source on file for liability purposes. No charges will be initiated unless you decided to continue taking lessons beyond your pre-paid package.

What can I expect when I book my lessons?

Once you’ve booked your lessons, you’ll receive a welcome email as well as the details of your first lesson appointment. Your instructor will also be notified of your booking and will contact you to introduce themselves and learn more about your goals for the guitar. After you’ve received this info you’re all set to start on your booked date! Once your first lesson is complete, your instructor will help you schedule additional sessions.

When will I be charged?

We don't think you should be charged for any lessons you don't have. A charge will only be initiated to your account upon completion of a lesson. Rest assured, your personal information is completely safe using the secure encryption of this page, and our third-party payment processor ensures that your information is always protected.

What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

We understand that you have busy schedule, that’s why we pride ourselves on our flexibility. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule just contact your instructor directly. They’ll be happy to accommodate you and schedule a time for the lesson to be made up. We do ask that you provide your instructor with 24 hour cancellation notice. If you do not show up for your lesson or cancel last minute, you may still be charged for your lesson.
